Concept Post #28
On February 26th, Robert McCall passed away at the age of 90. Renowned for artistry involving space-scene paintings, he made his cultural mark in history with posters from the 1968 science-fiction movie “2001: A Space Odyssey”. He was also known for his concept art, mission patches, and murals found throughout various museums and NASA centers. So to remember him, here is a post of some of his works along with a picture of the man himself.
Update: I’ve added a short video about Robert McCall from NASA to the end.
